With a futuristic design and compact size, this flood Fibaro sensor alerts you in a threatening flood, or an increase or a rapid drop in temperature . It very well find failement place in your home to protect the safety of the whole family . This flood Fibaro detector is a universal flood and temperature , Z -Wave compliant. It can be powered by battery or an external power supply 12 or 24 VDC . When connected to an external power source , the battery is a source of backup power. The flood alarm is sent to the device Z -Wave network or any wired alarm system which , through its NC dry contacts output .
The device includes a temperature sensor, for example by monitoring the temperature of the soil. It also has an LED and an audible alarm . In addition, the sensor is equipped with a tilt sensor for movement up or tilt the camera to the main controller , for example, when someone took the sensor from its original location. The LED indicates a flood, the mode or the communication range of the Z -Wave network.
This flood Fibaro sensor is waterproof, and drift to the surface of the water, continuing to send the alarm signal in the event of major flood water . It is designed to be placed on the ground , but it can also be installed on a wall using a wire probe.

| Incluison | 1) Open the cover by turning it counter-clockwise. 2) Remove battery blocker. 3) Locate the sensor nearby the main Z-Wave controller. 4) Set the main Z-Wave controller into learning mode (see main controller’s operating manual). 5) Quickly, triple click the TMP button located inside the casing. 6) Wait for the device to be included into the system. Successful inclusion will be confirmed by the controller. 7) Close the cover by turning it clockwise. 8) Place the sensor onto a surface prone to flooding. Three electrodes underneath the device should evenly touch the surface. |
| Exclusion | 1) Open the cover by turning it counter-clockwise. 2) Make sure the sensor is connected to a battery or a DC power supply. 3) Locate the sensor nearby the main Z-Wave controller. 4) Set the main Z-Wave controller into learning mode (see main controller’s operating manual). 5) Quickly, triple click the TMP button located inside the casing. 6) Wait for the device to be excluded from the system. Successful exclusion will be confirmed by the controller. |
| Factory Reset | 1) Open the cover by turning it counter-clockwise. 2) Make sure the sensor is connected to a battery or a DC power supply. 3) Press and hold the TMP button for 15-20 seconds until LED glows yellow to confirm entering into 4th menu option. 4) Release and click the TMP button to start reset procedure. 5) The LED glowing red and then turning off will confirm successful reset. Reset completion will be also confirmed by an acoustic signal. Note! Resetting the device is not the recommended way of removing the device from the Z-Wave network. Use reset procedure only if the primary controller is missing or inoperable. |
