The HEIMAN gas sensor is designed to avoid risks of gas leakage. In the case of detection, an alarm is activated, in addition to a Z-Wave signal sent to the main controller. It is possible to create different scenarios once alert. This detector is a Z-Wave product and therefore it is compatible with all the features offered by the 500 chipset series. A Z-Wave controller (or automation with USB) is required to integrate the detector into your network if you already have an existing network. Power by electrical network, the sensor can also serve as a repeater to extend your Z-Wave network.
